My visit to the Art gallery

My First Dinner.

Last night I made my first dinner. It was themed 'a night in Italy'. I had stuffed eggs and smoked salmon as a starter, And then we had spaghetti Bolognese for the main, For dessert we had Tirimasu. It was a  very hard and exhausting challenge but was worth the end result. 


Here is what my mum said about my dinner last night: Starter: She loved the dill sauce with the salmon, The eggs were delicious, It could of been presented better. The main meal was absoloutley Moorish and was absolutely yummy.The Dessert: you are an expert at making this now, And it was very good but it needed a flake crumbled on top to make it look better. overall She gives it a 9/10, Bring on the next two meals!

My sister said the starter was her favourite thing about the dinner.

Cemetery Investigation.

Today we went to the cemetery and I found out about how different people died.
My partner was Jesse and we were looking for Accidental deaths.
Here are some ones we found.
Dorothy Edith Josiah was accidentally killed.

Herbert charles Josiah was accidentally killed.

We found a married couple, We think that they died in a car crash or house fire.

William Thomas Dobson was accidentally killed.

Harvey Nicholas Lodge was accidentally killed.

I am going to try and find out what their cause of death was..

Before we left the cemetery we had to wash our hands so we could become normal again.
I will be returning there soon.

Week 2 maths reflection.

This week in maths I have learnt how to create tally charts and graphs, While finding out How many boys and girls liked different activities and meals.


Did I have an Ah-ha moment?

Yes I did when I was first making a Tally chart and I didn't know how to rule it up.

Camp Happenings

Camp Happenings

The funniest happening on camp was when we were sitting around a torch in the bush telling each other near death experiences and someone said that their mum had had a near death experience and someone shouted out “When you came out”

The biggest challenge on camp was the climbing up of the abseiling wall because I have a fear of heights and it was a HUGE challenge...

The scariest happening on camp was when I was on the Beam because I have a huge fear of heights and I had to run backwards and do press ups ...

The most exhausting moment was Coming back from the bush sleep out where I got 2-3hrs of sleep and then we had to abandon camp at 5am

and then I couldn't get back to sleep in my Bunk Room.    

The most embarrassing moment was When I was doing the food challenge for clash of the camp It tasted absolutely disgusting and I nearly vomited all over the table.... We had to eat weetabix with tomato sauce and whip cream, And then we had to drink A mix of God knows what.....

The most dangerous moment was when someone was on the tramp and they landed a flip wrong and they had to go to hospital but they came back the next day...

3 things I learnt

That camp is heaps of fun.

How to spin around on a wire in the high ropes

That the river is EXTREMELY COLD in may.

2 things I was surprised about

I didn’t get homesick on thursday night.

That the Burma trail was really good.

I question I still have

What its like to do the rabbit run.

Tally Charts

Today for maths I learnt how to make a Tally chart
I found out that boys enjoyed hamburgers more than the girls
I found out that the boys like the Planned own dinner nearly as much as the hamburgers
I found out that the girls like the Risotto more than the boys
I found that only 2 boys liked the Sausages and veggies.
I found out that 7 girls liked the planned dinner
